Its mission is to provide regulatory services that foster a competitive industry, ensuring projects are executed timely, within budget, and in accordance with established standards, all while considering environmental and social well-being.

Vision

To See Regulated & Most Competitive Construction Industry in Africa By 2030

Refers to the process of ensuring that construction works are carried out in accordance with established laws, codes and standards that protect the health and safety of the environment and citizens and are convenient.
By creating a strong regulatory system and ensuring its implementation, the construction industry is able to compete in Africa beyond the domestic market in terms of time, quality and cost efficiency, and earn foreign exchange.
