Primary Responsibilities

Conflict Resolution

A service that enables disputes and conflicts in the construction industry to be resolved through the use of alternative dispute resolution methods such as internal arbitration.

Construction Audit and Inspection

A service that provides audit and inspection services for construction projects and registration and licensing certifications to ensure that deficiencies are corrected.

Project Design Control

Provides quality-assured designs for building, water and energy, transportation and communication projects, and ensures that pre-construction documents comply with laws and regulations, thereby ensuring that deficiencies are corrected and effective construction designs are achieved.

Construction Regulatory Information Analysis and System Development

To develop and disseminate timely and accessible information for regulatory and policy input by collecting, organizing, and analyzing construction regulatory information. It also conducts research and develops software to improve the construction industry’s information management system and automates it.

Construction Codes and Standards

To develop the capacity of the construction industry to implement building and infrastructure codes, standards, and practices that are in line with international standards and to develop coordination mechanisms.

Project Supervision

To ensure that construction, transportation and communication, water and energy projects and construction materials constructed by government and non-governmental organizations are completed on time, within budget, to the expected quality, and in compliance with the building code and standards, while protecting the environment and the health and safety of workers.

Construction Registration Certification

It is the process of certifying the qualifications of companies (contractors, consultants) and professionals engaged in the construction industry in accordance with the proclamations, rules and regulations issued and registering projects.
